Excellent air bnb - probably the best we’ve ever stayed in!

Pros: Wonderfully clean and excellent level of kitchen equipment. Fantastic array of toiletries for Guest use and some treats left as well as fridge and cupboard essentials. Presentation was exceptional. Location was excellent also.

Pros: The property was very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The owners go the extra mile with lovely little welcome gestures. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely use again if I return to Edinburgh. Good security with the property as well.

Pros: It's a very cute, well equipped apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with a lot of buses passing by (20ish minute ride to the city centre). It even has books, DVDs and a DVD player, which is a nice activity for after a long day of walking. The hosts are extremely nice and give you all the instructions you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back here again!

Peaceful, well located and lovely place to stay for visiting Edinburgh

Pros: We loved the location - it was easy to pick up essentials with plenty of shops nearby, including a great mix of charity shops and independent boutiques plus some nice looking cafes and restaurants. The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away with regular buses into the centre of town. The street itself was quiet with considerate neighbours (we wouldn’t have known anyone else was in the building). Inside, the flat was spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it had some lovely original features like high ceilings and a pretty decorative fireplace in the bedroom! The owners sent clear instructions for getting into the property, were quick to respond to messages and very friendly! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Pros: The apartment had everything you need and more. We had extended amenities and welcome treats, even a proper sewing kit and movies to watch . Every detail in the accommodation is arranged carefully.
