Luxury Apartment/Flat Edinburgh City Centre

Ideal for a city get-together

Pros: The location of this apartment is brilliant. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for us. Would absolutely book it again.

Very enjoyable

Pros: The apartment was lovely. Massive rooms with plenty of space for everyone. Location great for what we were there for.

Cons: Unfortunately there was a leak in the en suite. When it rained the water came through the light fitting. I do think the owner is aware as there is no bulb in that socket and he confirmed there is a problem with the roof. I would suggest getting this fixed quickly as the dripping is not a great sound when you are trying to sleep.

4th visit and hope to come back again.

Pros: This is our 4th visit and we love it. Perfect location, great size and very comfortable. We had requested more mirrors last time and there was a new one waiting for us at the door when we arrived. Fabio said there should have been 2 so it will be even better when the other one arrives!

Cons: Unfortunately there was a leak in the en-suite (water coming through the light) so we couldn’t the shower in there until the morning we were leaving. Just unfortunate as old buildings can inevitably have leaky roofs. I’m sure this problem will be resolved quickly for the next guests.

Pros: Close to Princes street and the markets. Lovely and spacious.

Cons: All the dirty bed linen was laying on the floor from the previous people, but rang the agent who apologised and was quickly collected. So no big deal.

Fantastic and would use again

Pros: Enough room for large group, great location, and beds were super comfy.

Cons: The stairs, but we are all able to walk them. For older people or anyone with mobility issues the two flights of winding stairs to reach apartment might be an issue.

Large apartment great for a group of friends

Pros: Fabulous large apartment, comfy beds, great location.

Cons: If use the sofabed be prepared for a sleepless night! Very noisy. The bedrooms were fine though

Beautiful apartment in a terrific location. Great for a larger group.

Pros: The apartment is very well situated to the Royal Mile so convenient to our purpose. As well, the entire place was spacious with a great amount of room for our large group. Specifically, the kitchen, dining, and living spaces have lots of room for us.

Cons: The rooms are beautiful but they are older so things like carpeting was not the freshest. Also, one of our members travels with a CPAP machine which must be plugged in overnight for them to sleep and accessing an electrical outlet near to the bed was challenging but we made it work.

Pros: Excellent location clean apartment met all our needs hopefully will visit again 😀
