Exclusive 2 Bed

We had a fantastic holiday in a wonderful apartment and would stay there again next time we come.

Pros: The video that explains how to get into the apartment and how to work the central heating and appliances was fantastic and really helpful. The apartment was beautifully done out and had super comfy beds and pillows. It was situated in a perfect area for sight seeing and shopping.

Cons: A shortage of clothes hangers and utensils were the only downside, however we purchased some hangers and a potato masher, which we left at the apartment for other guests to use. The main bedroom could be a little noisy with traffif early in the morning.

Nice Family get away

Pros: Location is great, close to Princess, George Streets. Deans village is also in close proximity. All required stuff is available at the Appartment. Heating was very good, so as the elevator was good convenience. View of Leith waters from one of the rooms was also nice. No noise although that there were people living in the building

Cons: Not much except a few things like the windows should have been double glazed. No classical/ old corniche seen in the Appartment. Sofas & curtains need to be replaced. A proper dining table is required as well as the barstools in the kitchen are a bit uncomfortable

Pros: The location was fabulous….could walk everywhere from the apartment. Apartment was very secure, full of light, very clean and the parking space is just around the back.

Cons: Pillows in both bedrooms were the worst we have ever slept on…Contributed to poor sleep and sore necks. Kitchen only had 2 water glasses and kitchen utensils were very sparse…making cooking and serving even a simple meal a bit of a chore.

Lovely large apartment in the perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, comfortable beds, good shower pressure. Lovely large apartment.

Cons: Could do with the option to split the second double beds into 2 singles, but we did know that when booking. Unfortunately there was a terrible drain smell from the en-suite while we were there. Also could do with some tea towels to wipe up the washing up. Unfortunate that the second bathroom only has a bath and we were unable to use the shower head as when you turned it on there was a leak in the connecting pipe which sent the water everywhere.

Great location in Edinburgh

Pros: Spacious and well-appointed. Close to city centre.

Pros: Beautiful flat. Really comfortable and warm. Well supplied and really smart

Cons: Nothing!!

Would def stay here again and will recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh

Pros: It had 2 large bedrooms, was well equipped and a lift, this accommodation would not have been a consideration if that had not been in place as was travelling with my elderly mother.

Cons: I felt both bedrooms could do with a chair and a mirror in so that I could see to dry my hair and do my make up.

Comfortable, clean apartment in great location

Pros: Comfortable stay, great location, nice and clean apartment.

Cons: Very noisy (but I guess that’s to be expected in a city centre) Would benefit from black out blinds in bedrooms. No oven gloves !?! (Had to use a bathroom towel) and only one tea towel.

Pros: Lovely and clean apartment, within walking distance of the town centre and the castle.

Cons: Lack of welcome package stood out, compared to previous rentals on the itinerary. Inability to fully close some windows allowed wind and noise to enter.

The perfect place for a short break in Edinburgh.

Pros: The property was beautiful and immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The welcome video with all the instructions for the flat was so informative. Loved the location. Within easy reach of town, restaurants and bus links.

Cons: I would have liked a small welcome package in the kitchen. After a long journey it would have been nice to get a cup of tea/ coffee on arrival before heading to get groceries. There was a chipped mug and plate. I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom with somewhere to sit to blow dry my hair. ( 62 years of age )
