A beautiful pod in rural Scotland

Pros: Everything. It was the most peaceful place. It was warm, spotless and spacious. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower room was immaculate. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We will definitely be returning.

Pros: Exceptional accommodation, just what was needed. Perfect location, the luxurious added touches were so unexpected but so very welcome. Clearly so much attention has been paid to providing a lovely comfy and modern stay in the most perfect location.

Friendly hosts had time for a chat and made us feel welcome.

Pros: Location was perfect, a pair of pods close to a very quiet road and overlooking a farm field towards some small hills. Access was from the driveway. Inside was spacious for a pod and spotless. Everything needed for a stay was present. A comfortable bed and it was cosy. There was a bit of a storm one evening and the place felt very solid and the rain noise wasn't intrusive.

Cons: Nothing.

The nearby village of Ellenabeich is definitely worth a visit (and Easdale Island) and it’s like a wee portion of tranqu

Lovely! The best place to stay in this part of Scotland!

Pros: Everything was perfect - location, neighbourhood, owner, animals, pods! Wonderfull if you are looking for nature, silence and comfort! Easy to find, easy to park, everything you need is inside, the pods are new and great quality. The cows and sheep visit you in the morning, neighbours horse is running up the hill, birds are singing, cats come to greet you in the evening, bunnies are hopping in the yard. Amazing! You can also walk from the pods to the Easdale Island ferry (about 40 min down the hill). Wonderfull experiance! Thank you!

The stay enabled me to have a complete break from my normal life and all my concerns vanished.

Pros: Breakfast was never part of the arrangement. For me the location was perfect, very peaceful and tranquil. I could step out of my door, sit on the veranda and watch the sheep and cows, plus the occasional pheasant and rabbits running around. There was also plenty of birds singing. Each day I heard a cuckoo, which living in London I have not heard in years. Also there was a local bus service which enabled me to get to other islands which I wanted to visit. I was also very lucky because I had perfect weather for the duration of my stay. Under these conditions everything looked very beautiful.

Cons: Everything was just fine, the location, the accommodation and my hosts were very friendly and helpful with local knowledge.
