The Rail & Ferry Den

Pros: Apartment was beautiful and great central location. Owners were quick to answer with any problems. Bed was incredibly comfortable.

Cons: Couldn't get Netflix to load ,minor issue. Also when I went for a shower in the evening water was freezing for hours didn't want to bother anyone late at night and by morning it was fine so assume it was maybe on a timer or something.

A lovely apartment spoiled by the cold bathroom 🤧

Pros: The apartment was lovely, clean, near for all amenities, living room and bedroom cosy, bed really comfy, kitchen was very well equipped,

Cons: The bathroom was so cold it was uncomfortable, there was a heated towel rail, but the window was not double glazed, and the cold air outside was coming into the bathroom.

Great place

Pros: Great place, very good facilities. Comfy bed, boiling hot water. We happy to going back in the future.

Pros: The property was very clean and equipped with anything you might need, it felt like being at someone’s home rather than just a rent to stay place, it was really homey indeed. The location is very handy, as it’s away from the mess and noise or city centre but heat fairly close as you can get to the station in less than 10 mins walk. Also easy to reach all the attractions, and shops such as Lidl and Tesco. Neighbours were not too noisy either so it was relaxing staying in the flat too and heathers worked very good too. Waste disposal also was easy to access to, internet connection was good too.

Cons: I love taking baths and the bathtub didn’t work as in the drainage lid would not lock so I was only able to take showers, but that was not a massive deal. If I had something negative that I have to write about that was it, as everything else was excellent.

Pros: Fantastic self catered accommodation with everything you could want for a 2 night stay. The only challenge is finding somewhere to park the car but a short walk is ok.

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Extremely well stocked. Fab location.

Pros: It is a lovely apartment and has everything you need. Very clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it as its near town centre and shops. Can be busy with traffic, but it's right beside Ferry Terminal so to be expected. We'll definitely be back again 👍👌

Fantastic stay

Pros: The apartment its self is lovely, very clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Oban city centre is just a short walk away which makes the location of the apartment ideal. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating and attentive.

Pros: Very handy for harbour and railway station and walks to restaurants. Very well equipment kitchen. Nice modern decor.

Cons: Bathroom needed some tlc around the bath and back of taps. Dont expect a proper view from the window. I was aware that may be the case but you do have to crane your neck. It still didnt spoil the flat however as found it to be very nice.

Great wee property

Pros: Very close to the town, 5 minutes walk past the ferry terminal.
