Good stay and great value

Pros: Plenty of space, good facilities within the suite, very clean and good location

We had a lovely weekend away, excellent location and luxurious comfort.

Pros: The staff were the most helpful and friendly staff we've had at a hotel in a long time. The apartment was exceptionally appointed, with more comfort than was expected. It was very clean, and the treats provided were such a lovely touch.

Cons: The views were not great, it has to be said. Looking out at a multi story carpark wasn't ideal, however, we were able to watch our car from the apartment. The parking situation for the hotel was a little disappointing, having to pay extra on top for parking wasn't expected, although the facility did have a good discount for the guests staying at Fraser Suites.

Pros: The apartment was big enough. I wish I could stay a few more days.

Cons: The view outside the windows of all the rooms were garages. I hoped to have a better view.

Great location, comfortable room.

Pros: Location was great. Room was very spacious. Free laundry facility was great.

Cons: No freezer in fridge. Coffee machine would have been lovely. Noisy creaky floor from up above us- could hear every time someone walked around their room at night. Needed more lighting.

Fantastic stay and well worth it !

Pros: Was really clean and a very large place for the price ! It had washing facilities to help with washing clothes and didn’t need to buy any additional washing powder. They gave us some helpful gifts like water in the fridge and a few fizzy drinks for day trips.

Cons: We really enjoyed everything for the price and there were no issues whatsoever so there nothing we didn’t enjoy.
