Pros: The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: We were disconcerted to find that an evening meal was not available at the hotel. As the hotel was not within walking distance of any other restaurant, this meant having to get back into the car and drive to find a meal.

Pros: Quiet spot with open views over the golf course at the front. Lovely room & breakfast was first class

Cons: Phoned prior to coming to ask about taking dogs. I was not informed of charge for this then later told if we had booked directly there would not have been a change

Friendly welcoming place

Pros: The staff were great Robert was so helpful, very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent minus the square sausage just wasn't for me. I loved the size of the bathroom and bath was lovely.

Cons: The room lacked privacy and when travelling for work, you don't want to sit in a dark room with the curtains closed. If opened there was cars and farm vehicles parked outside. I know they cant change this however maybe mention it on booking. The room was tired and needed a little TLC, and the dressing table wasn't usable the stool was too low, as a woman a dressing table is important. Lack of restaurant on the days I stayed was dissapointing and again be good t mention on booking information.
