Relaxing weekend

Pros: The welcome from the friendly staff with a smile and professionalism, 4 of us staying overnight and a spa package the next day was a great finish to our weekend, the bar was fairly quiet and we had pizzas and chunky chips to share and no reservation required, however you need to book the restaurant.. Breakfast the next morning was delicious buffet style. Always getting topped up with fresh food... Now lastly the staff were all mannered and they all said if we needed anything to just ask and made sure the all over all stay was memorable.. the younger staff are a credit to the Westerwood Hotel

A nice break in a professional hotel that aims for high quality with efficient and helpful staff.

Pros: Really good room. Breakfast was fab and the pool was lovely.

Cons: Really busy during our stay. Couldn't get a table in the restaurant but enjoyed our dinner in the bar where we managed to get the last tiny table in the corner.

Fantastuc stay

Pros: This is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed we will definitely be returning again at some point the facilities were excellent the food was outstanding and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Comfortable but expensive

Pros: Well located with beautiful views communal areas well looked after. Staff were outstanding so friendly and accommodating. Complimentary drinks in fridge

Cons: Units in rooms need updated as chipped and worn , tho doesnt affect stay. Breakfast not very warm when waiting for items to be refilled more child friendly items.

Family friendly with lovely breakfast

Pros: A great family friendly hotel. Stayed for 1 night with our son (7). We loved the pool and the pool table in the bar. The breakfast was delicious with a great choice. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but had drinks at the bar. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Housekeeping lady was extremely kind and helpful. We will return.

Cons: The hotel has excellent facilities and the pool table was an added bonus for my son to play. It could possibly be better if there was a few more things for children to do in the evening.
