Underneath the Arches - highly recommend.

Pros: A great little venue in Penicuik. Easy to navigate around the area and grateful transport links to Edinburgh or the Borders. The hosts provided a welcome pack, which was a lovely touch.

Close to Edinburgh, confy bed , nice kitchen .

Pros: We had best best experiences, the property exceeded our expectations, starting from nice welcome sweets , fresh grounded coffee, and many , many more things we did not expected to find in the house . Nice and well ready kitchen where we cooked , bed was above expectations being so comfy. Thank you so much for everything we had inside

Pros: Quaint, well equiped, excellent additional extras eg supply of international charging plugs, sensor lights, written information about the property and it’s surrounding ementies
