Pros: Loved the remoteness of the cabin, very hygge, cosy cabin. Great socialising space and a great big table to play boardgames on.

Great location in the gorgeous oak woods but extremely disappointed with the high charge for very wet wood for the hot t

Pros: Rustic and basic but comfy beds. Amaaaaaaazing large oak wood walkable from the cabin.

Cons: Charging extra for the hot tub. Β£99 for 3 bags of damp logs which were not enough to warm the water. We had to use the stuff provided for the fire inside and some wood of our own. It took a good 6 hours to heat the water with constant tending due to the damp wood. The site had no other wood for sale. The next day we bought 3 bags of proper kiln dried wood from a garage for only Β£24. What a rip off!

Stunning cabin and so is the location! And a wee shop/cafe to boot

Pros: The lady that came round to boost our hot tub she was above and beyond! The second lady with a great personality she was absolutely on point and made the hot tub great. She deserves a rise!! A wee cafe/shop to get your every day needs, wood for the fire too!

Cons: The first lady that was ment to come out to solve our issue had an attitude and did nothing! And passed on to someone else. The second lady with a great personality she was absolutely on point and made the hot tub great

Lovely place

Pros: Great location, the lodge is fantastic. Really well laid out and everything to hand

Cons: The hot tub is at the back of the property and not in a secure area. We have dogs and could not both go in the tub at the same time as it’s not fenced or a secure area. If you had children it leads into a main road, albeit quiet. It could with being fenced off, so the children or dogs can be in a secure area.

Cons: Nothing.
