Mercure Livingston Hotel

Pros: Had a great overnight stay at mercure livingston, room clean, bed comfy. Dinner was lovely as was breakfast.Bar assistant even gave me a cocktail on the house as a birthday treat, thanks Olivia 😊

Cons: Only complaint we had was there was only 2 English breakfast tea bags, could have done with some more

Pros: Room clean and quiet . shower lovely and lovely big towels. Staff at reception friendly. Hair dryer supplied. Room on ground floor Lovely reception area plenty seating. Lovely food evening and breakfast

Cons: One of pillows too small on bed. We had evening meal and a drink which was lovely but service seemed disorganised despite being a quiet evening. Nearly got wrong person's food at one point. Breakfast team seemed better organised. Didn't get offer of meal voucher granted we didn't see it properly at reception would have thought could have been advised in restaurant. Despite this we will be back

Pros: Hi there ive broken my left my ankle in 2 places dislocated it got it realigned then surgery to get pins tommorow

Great value for money in a central location

Pros: Ideal location and staff were lovely. Room was spotless and comfortable

Pros: I had booked 2 single beds when was supposed to be a double, a quick message to staff and my enquiry was dealt with instantly. Check in was smooth and easy. 2 key cards instead of just the one and housekeeping daily

Pros: Everything, the staff was out standing very friendly, couldn't do enough for us and my children felt safe and at ease, we coming back September this year because of amazing it was

Mercure Livingston /10/10 Restaraunt staff. Go Annie, Zoe, Abigail👌

Pros: A big shout out to 3 of the girls Annie, Zoe & Abigail in the Restaraunt. I was with my disabled daughter and she had a few early morning seizures, therefore we went down very late for breakfast. The 3 staff members named above were just the loveliest, helpful, friendly. They accommodated us, didn't rush us and it was no problem to them. They are a credit to Mercure Livingston. I will return to Mercure as this example really made me feel welcome and relaxed. Front desk /reception staff also very efficient & welcoming.

Cons: 10/10 No negatives.

I loved my stay here and I only wish I could have stayed for longer

Pros: Was very clean and my room was lovely and the bar and restaurant were great

It was a good overnight stay for us as we were going to a party and didn’t want to drive home

Pros: Hotel was clean. Bedroom was large and comfy with tv and coffee facilities.
