Great place and location

Pros: A really lovely location and comfortable stay. The food was excellent and the staff were very kind and welcoming

Cons: Really basic things can be fixed that do make a big difference. For example - only one towel each provided in the rooms, not optimal for a woman - very cold rooms during the day (and no way to adjust the temp) - not very noise proof rooms - tiny car park making it either impossible to park or a squeeze getting in and out

Excellent

Pros: The Fortingall is everything it promised on its website. The staff are so helpful and friendly and really made our stay there a real treat. The breakfast and dinners are excellent. We enjoyed the live music in the bar on Sunday night by some very talented musicians. We will come and stay again and use it to explore this beautiful area. Glen Lyon is spectacular.

Fantastic stay! Felt like such a luxury

Pros: Stunning decor, enjoyed the extra touches like the bathrobes and gorgeous toiletries too! The hosts were so lovely, we would love to stay again. Beautiful breakfast and they were very accommodating with our little dog!

Cons: Would be fab to have the prices on the restaurant menu

Our stay was just so good everything was perfect except the Roman blind in the bath that was broken.

Pros: Everything except the Roman Blind in the bathroom that had been broken before we arrived.

Cons: The Roman blind.

Unbelievable stay. A real refreshing treat.

Pros: Hard not to like anything. Newly opened refurbished hotel. Everything was lovely and fresh . Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. They could not have been more friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding, though limited menu whilst they get fully on their feet and recruit a full staff.

Cons: I cannot honestly say there was't anything to dislike. As being a dog friendly hotel, they do need to put some dog waste bins somewhere, as that was lacking.
