Fine for a short stay, but be aware the transport to the city and back is expensive if you go everyday, and there’s no c

Pros: It was nice a big, and not too many kids. And the bus was right outside the hotel. - the breakfast was ok. Not so many options for vegetarians.

Cons: The Spa Area wasn’t like in the pictures. - the view to the parking lot made us feel we were on “economic” rate… - the staff was ok, however it was hard to get our questions answered.

Overnight stay

Pros: We had a great stay before a trip to the zoo. Staff were very friendly. Beds confidence. Really nice breakfast in the morning with Scottish options. Will be back soon

Pros: Location was great, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Sauna was nice to have.

Cons: I find the bar staff to be a bit off putting (I stay here once a year). When asking for ice (as there is none available on the floors), I feel like I am getting in their way. There needs to be more lugs at the side of the beds for devices.

Great stay!

Pros: Great location, well equipped rooms, lovely breakfast, great pool. Family friendly.

Cons: Staff were friendly and well meaning but restaurant/bar didn’t feel very organised.

Pros: Really good location, 20-25 minutes buses to city are travelling very regularly. There is a 50% discount for the zoo after 2pm.

Pros: Very good location. Beds were very comfortable. Free parking a bonus. Bar area/breakfast well maintained and seemed busy. Can't comment on swimming pool/gym as didn't use.

Great value- super easy if you want to go to the zoo and means you don’t have to worry about parking!

Pros: Great location, buses in to town right outside but also a good strip of restaurants nearby so you don’t always need to travel to the centre. Parking was under cover and convenient, there’s also a starbucks at the bar!

Cons: I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like!
