Pros: Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean. Bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch and we enjoyed the coffee and tunnocks teacakes. Breakfast was fantastic.

Just perfect

Pros: The hotel was perfect for us and for the price that we paid it was exceptional value for money. The room was the cheapest on the site with a great shower room, but it was very comfortable and wanted for nothing.

Nice location, in a lovely area and all the sights were walkable or easily accessible

Pros: Breakfast was great, hot choices served straight from the kitchen rather than buffet style. Family room was large and comfortable - liked the little touches like the complimentary drink in the room and the Tunnocks teacakes!

Great hotel, very good value for money

Pros: Second year in a row in this hotel at the same period of the year, and everything was good. The room was very clean and very quiet, the hotel is very well located, and I must say the only concerns I had last year were all fixed! The restaurant menu has been vastly improved, there is much more choice regarding whiskies, the breakfast is tasty.

Cons: Honestly, this time, nothing to report, all good!
