Leisure break

Pros: Fantastic hotel situate an easy tram ride into edinburgh. Room was great and spotlessly clean. Got checked in by Wason who was first class. She was friendly and very informative. She is a credit to the hotel. On checking out we got Daniela the front desk manager who was also fantastic and gave us advice on future booking. She is also a credit to the hotel

Pros: Really clean, lovely staff and great facilities. The tram is outside the hotel and it is very convenient.

We arrived early in the morning with our 3 year grandson and we were facilitated with an early checkin , the receptionis

Pros: Brilliant location on the tram and train lines and only 15mins into centre on tram, Staff were exceptional and went out of their way to please and well extremely friendly .

Cons: For what we wanted I could not fault the Hotel in anyway.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always willing to assist with anything we needed. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great locations in Edinburgh for everything

Pros: Friendly staff, happy to keep our bags for us in the morning before checkin.so close to Edinburgh Park train station and tram stop, very easy to fet into town. Supermarket across road, Costa, KFC and Krispy Kreme, and some great shops too. Would be very handy for the airport too, just jump on the tram.

Cons: Poor coffee selection in room. Telly remote didnt work very well.

Relaxing stay and good location.

Pros: Room, location and pool. Well connected for access to Edinburgh city centre.

Cons: Pool lockers need attention. Spin drier would be good for wet swim wear. Room shower made bathroom floor very wet, Screen needs attention. This also happened when we last stayed.

A little kindness goes a long way.

Pros: One random act of kindness from a member of staff, meant that it will be hard to look past this hotel when we next visit Edinburgh. Although on the outskirts of the city the transport links are so good that the city centre is only 15 mins away.

Cons: Nothing, it was just perfect.
