Bruce's Cottage

Pros: Size of Cottage.... Has everything you need.... Home from Home

Cons: Nothing to criticise .... absolutely no complaints

Pros: Staff were lovely, very pleasant and helpful. Food in the Bistro was excellent… both lunch and dinner. The cottage was cosy and clean . Beds were very comfortable. The staff were kind enough to leave the Christmas tree up & decorated after I had said my family were meeting to enjoy a late ‘ Christmas’ get together.

Cons: Nothing that we didn’t like . However, it would have been handy to have more than one frying pan as it was quite difficult preparing a cooked breakfast for 6 adults.

Great Cottage in Stirling

Pros: The cottage is spacious and clean. The bunny sightings were joyful for all of us. Our dog had a lovely time within the enclosed garden. Parking was right outside the property, which is a plus. The staff at reception were very friendly. We had a lovely time and happy with our stay. Would definitely visit again.

Cons: The water flow in one of the bath is patchy. The pressure also drops sometimes, making it difficult to take a bath. However there are 3 bathrooms and other two were OK

Pros: We only had a short stay but very much enjoyed staying in this well equipped cottage.

Cons: There was a problem to completely turn off the heating, although the staff were helpful. One room was overheated, so difficult to sleep. Other than that excellent accommodation.

Our stay at Bruce’s was excellent, the space you get compared to a hotel room is far better.

Pros: The location was excellent, we needed somewhere central to Glasgow & Edinburgh for work and Bruce’s cottage was bang on the money for what we were looking for.

Cons: Nothing major, just a couple of little plumbing issues and I notified reception so hopefully these will be sorted for the next occupancy.

Pros: Superb accommodation, great location, excellent breakfast ,all staff were helpful and friendly, would certainly recommend Bruce's Cottage

Pros: Great place to stay with a family, clean and comfortable with a good working kitchen.

Perfection

Pros: Everything! What a superb accommodation for a mother, adult son, daughter & husband. Main bedroom had main bathroom, with bath, other 2 bedrooms were en suite, such comfort for all. Great location next to pub with friendly staff and excellent meals. TV in lounge and in all bedrooms, we regretted we only had one night there, thoroughly recommend it and would definitely book again.

Cons: The weather! Would have been good to be told when booking that Bruce's cottage is in the grounds of the King Robert Hotel would have been a lot easier to find but when found, was outstanding.

Lovely detached house, fully equipped

Pros: Lovely house next to King Robert Hotel, with 3 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The house is exactly as depicted in the photos, really clean and comfortable. Very nice and relaxing garden as well, we could see a few rabbits! so peaceful :) There is free parking, and the hotel works as reception and restaurant, which was very useful

Cons: A bit far from Stirling, you need to go by car.

Loved it staff in the hotel were very friendly couldn’t do enough would stay again

Pros: Easy to find as had read the reviews that said pick up the keys at the hotel reception, cottage was a lot bigger than I expected loads of space and clean ,used the hotel for dinner on both nights and the food was great staff very friendly and we had my 4 yrs old grand daughter with us and and the staff were amazing with her

Cons: A few wee maintenance issues need fixing but nothing major few touch ups needed
