Pros: Great view from the window. Living and Dining were spacious The house was very warm so the washing dried quickly.

Cons: It would be nice if there were little tables by the sofas to put drinks.

Fantastic house in a great location with wonderful views.

Pros: The house was ideal. Great layout and very comfortable. The view is fantastic and the house is only a short walk to the pub and restaurant. We met Stuart when we arrived and he was very helpful. The welcome pack on arrival was fantastic.

Port Appin is a very special place, lots to do and see or just to be; Lurach House a perfect base.

Pros: Amazing views. Peaceful, quiet and private. Lurach House is light, bright, clean, fresh, well furnished and equipped and tastefully decorated. Good information file regarding the property, plenty of ideas of things to do including information about local walks and ordinance survey maps, appliances easy to use. Ideal self catering accommodation. Bottle of wine and box of Scottish Tablets a nice touch and much appreciated. We didn’t have any contact with the hosts however it wasn’t necessary as everything was very straightforward.

Cons: An indoor doormat needed.

Pros: Große, gut ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte in toller, ruhiger Lage nahe Castle Stalker. Super Ausblick über Loch Linnhe. Sehr geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer und große Küche. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Cons: Fürs draußen sitzen war das Wetter bei uns leider zu schottisch. Und die Emus waren auf einer anderen Wiese. Dafür kam eine wuschelige Katze zu Besuch und genoss die Streicheleinheiten.

Fantastisch huis met waanzinnig uitzicht

Pros: Wat een zalig huis! Het is ruim, schoon, de locatie is goed centraal en het uitzicht is werkelijk fantastisch! De woonkamer/eetkamer is heel ruim en kijkt uit over het water naar eilanden en bergen. Er is een lekker terrasje met 4 stoelen en een tafel buiten. Beneden is de eerste badkamer (walk in shower en toilet) en de 2e badkamer is boven (bad/douche en toilet). De keuken is heel ruim en van alles voorzien. De twee slaapkamers boven zijn ruim en hebben allebei ook het orachtige uitzicht. Wat ons betreft een enorme aanrader!
