Snowberry Cottage No 2

A lovely welcoming cottage in an excellent position - will definitely return.

Pros: Cottage was very warm and comfortable, plus very accessible - so ideal for my elderly Mum who has limited mobility. Location is easy to access, a peaceful setting to the front, yet close to a major route to Fort William (some occasional traffic noise on a night when in the bedrooms at the back of the cottage, but not excessive) and therefore very central for visiting our favorite parts of Scotland. Also only a few minutes walk to the Loch-side for an easy early morning walk with the dog.

Cons: Parking for No 2 Snowberry cottage is right outside the kitchen window for No 1. Although there is plenty of space elsewhere, I needed to park close to the cottage for my elderly Mum as she struggles on gravel. Additional towels would have been useful (e.g. an extra hand towel for wet hair after a shower).

Very comfortable. Was like our own house. And the surrounding area was fantastic

Pros: Everything was way beyond our expectations. Have already discussed with other family members to return next year

Excellent cottage with all of the comforts you need for a great stay!

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay in No.2 Snowberry cottages. Before I arrived, the owner Anne offered me an early check-in around lunchtime. Arriving at the cottage and picking up the keys couldn't have been easier, and communication with Anne was excellent. The cottage itself is very well-equipped, the kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need, including a fan oven, under-counter fridge/freezer, microwave, and small dishwasher. There was no need to shop for extras such as soap or dishwasher tablets, as everything I could think of had been provided. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was warm and cosy, but also easy to cool down with plenty of windows. Between the two cottages, there was a space containing a washing machine, but I didn't get chance to use it during my stay. In the morning, there were even a few rabbits and chickens wondering around too! Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay here, and I look forward to returning when I am back up in the area.

Cons: I didn't stay long enough!

Well presented, spacious house both inside and out with everything needed in a home.

Pros: Easy access from main road and near our activity base. Spacious living area, en-suite bedroom and garden area with washing line. Welcome pack , shower gel and everything needed to get on with enjoying our trip.

Pros: The ovation is perfect to get to loads of amazing places, the owner is really nice and very helpful. The accomodation was spotless and perfect for us. Will definetly be back and would reccomend to anyone.

Pros: This was the BEST place we've stayed in our 5 weeks holiday. It was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, was spacious and comfortable, AND Anne was lovely. We loved watching the chickens 🐔 & rabbits 🐇. Altogether delightful.

Cons: The only very, very small recommendation would be to remove the doors and trim a couple of mm off the bottoms - only because it must be new carpet, and the doors are tight and will damage the carpet ;). Thinking of you! It was fine for us.

Pros: 2 bathrooms are very handy, with a great open plan kitchen/living room. All nice and clean, great location and very friendly host.
