Lovely cottage in a superb location, close to Fort William and Glencoe. Comfortable stay, recommende
Pros: We stayed for a week at the end of August 2025 and overall, I would rate this cottage 4.5 out of 5. The location is superb, with excellent connections to both Fort William and Glencoe. The only challenge we faced was communication. It was very difficult to get in direct contact with the property owner—perhaps they were away—and there was no mobile number available. Booking.com’s customer support was also disappointing, as they simply repeated the information already listed online and offered no real help. That said, aside from the communication gap, the cottage itself is definitely worth staying in. All the facilities listed available. Host provided some milk, tea and biscuits for the breakfast. Good Wi-fi connection. All utensils, cutlery high quality. Washing machine and facilities for drying cloths.
Cons: The cottage is spacious and well laid out. The main bedroom is upstairs, while the other bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Families with small children may find it a bit uncomfortable having the kids sleep on a different level. The property is just off the A82, but it can be tricky to find if you arrive at night. We reached around 9:45 PM, and it was very dark with no clear signs leading to the cottage. Also, the Google postcode does not take you directly to the property, so it’s important to follow the directions provided carefully

Pros: We had a wonderfull stay, very kind host and the house is very clean and has everything you need. Location is great, when you have a car you can drive to most of the hotspots in the highlands. Supermarket is close by and it's nice and quiet. Really would recommend the cottage when visiting the highlands!
