Pros: Nice and quiet location which is a good base for Glencoe (and Ben Nevis). Good views

Cons: The window at the top of the cabin makes the whole room light when the sun comes up. But it’s also a good reason to wake up early

Breathtaking views, comfy and warm.

Pros: What an amazing location! We loved being able to sit and enjoy the view of a field full of sheep and spring lambs, the gorgeous Loch Leven and the mountains beyond. Absolutely spectacular. The lodge was small, with a sofa bed that we had to pull out for sleeping, but it absolutely wasn’t a problem. There was enough space to do everything we needed. We were lucky that the weather was nice and we could sit outside. Inside there is a nice hot shower and heated floors so it was toasty inside when we eventually went in. We would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Pastoral setting for 2.

Pros: Chose the rural setting and not disappointed. Beautiful loch view and sheep with lambs. Very quiet and lucky with sunny dry weather to enjoy sitting outside. Sofa bed mattress could use a topper. Heated floors and towel bar a plus. Close to Glencoe to explore without craziness of staying there.

Cons: Smaller than expected in main room....was ok because we had good weather to sit outside .Could have supplied more than two place settings... meant had to do dishes lots... in a pan. No water other than bathroom sink so dishes were a pain. Sky light in centre of ceiling means early morning light.

Pros: The lodge is located in a very remote area, which made it the perfect getaway for us. The views are amazing. The sheep were friendly, and the seating area outside was a nice place for us to enjoy our morning coffee.

Cons: The sofa turns into a bed. Size wise, it was perfect, but it wasn't very comfortable for us, and unfortunately, we both had very bad back aches after.
