Absolute gem of a property

Pros: Beautiful house that is perfectly located for tje village of Killin. Plenty space for the 10 people who were staying which the balance of beds and room ideal. Views from the front and back of the house are stunning !

Cons: Nothing at all.

Lovely warm spacious house. Great for dogs. Excellent garden

Pros: Lovely house with excellent enclosed garden. Great location beside falls. Easy access to Killin shops bars restaurants and walks.

Cons: We liked it all. A few lamps in the dining room would be nice rather than having to use top light. And Xmas decorations could probably be put away.

Fabulous, would definitely recommend.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect right next to the falls in the beautiful and scenic village of Killin. The house itself is very well decorated, fully equipped with everything a family could need, and had a very warm, homely feel. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. Having a Co-op store nearby was very convenient for groceries. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay, and we would highly recommend it!

Cons: The top room was a little bit hot as compared to other rooms.

Pros: The location was amazing, the views spectacular. We had everything we needed and more.

Cons: Mirrors could be positioned near sockets for us ladies when styling our hair. Rooms at the back were a little cold on our first night. Only 1 out of the 3 additional heaters were working. This may have been due to the house being vacant as we only experienced this on the 1st night. Apart from these 2 blips, we loved it and would definitely book again soon.

Beautiful house in great location

Pros: Excellent base location, house very roomy and cosy, Killin has good amenities and the house has views of the falls

Cons: Some local walks and things to see but you'd need to drive to go to most other places. Not a problem for us as we expected it but don't expect great public transport links.

We want to come back next year!

Pros: Location, bed configuration suited us really well. Distance to travel . Home from home, fabulously furnished!

Cons: Nothing. A couple of the girls had a cool shower around 11am only comment we’d make

Pros: The house has lovely character and having the Falls of Dochart on the doorstep is such a bonus
