Comfortable, with an enclosed garden which is excellent for dogs
Pros: Gracedieu is a little dated but very comfortable. The garden is a lovely sun trap.
Cons: If I had to complain about anything it would be the parking and the fact that it could probably do with a lick of paint.

A comfortable stay in a lovely location.
Pros: The cottage was warm and comfortable, with a good amount of space for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was hot and powerful and the beds very comfortable. The porch was great for storage and dog feeding. We made limited use of the garden room and garden due to the time of year, but these would be lovely in the summer. Killin was a great centre for walking, with a good range of facilities in the village.
Cons: The low ceilings in the bedroom and steep stairs might be an issue for some guests - it would be useful to have a torch for any night-time bathroom trips!

Excellent location. Wonderful house with great facilities. Could not ask for more :)
Pros: Location is just next to Dochart falls. Can hear the river through windows. Amazing house. The back garden is excellent
Cons: Everything is perfect. Maybe a better tv would have helped.

Highly recommended as a base for exploring the Trossachs and Perthshire
Pros: Great location in heart of Killin. Excellent facilities and a great base for exploring the region. Quirky layout (it's an old building with various additions), but plenty of room inside and very nice, secure garden. Modern, well-equiped kitchen.
Cons: Just be aware, the stairs are steep and winding and the bathroom is on the ground floor, which might be a problem if you're mobility-impaired. Plus, the ceiling hights in the bedrooms are quite low - if you're much over 6', you'll need to mind your head!

Well-equipped, comfortable cottage in a beautiful location.
Pros: Well-equipped, comfortable cottage in a beautiful location. It was more than large enough for the three of us, and a good place to stay with a child because he enjoyed the nooks and crannies and the garden. We cooked for ourselves most nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was loads to do in the area - we didn't see everything we would have liked to in a week.
Cons: There was nothing that didn't work for us. If you find stairs hard, it might not be the place for you because the stairs to the bedrooms are steep and twisty, and you need to come down them to the bathroom. Our son loved playing on them, though...
