In general a lovely place and staff responsive to requests

Pros: It was warm, well appointed and close to good amenities

Cons: The fire exit to take the bins out - had to move Hoover, mop/bucket and step ladders and not easy to fit back in

Fantastic stay, would highly recommend.

Pros: Location was fantastic, flat was in excellent condition, beautifully furnished. Great communication with owners. Texted first morning to check all was well which was a really nice touch.

Top shelf flat for a stay in Glasgow west end.

Pros: Fantastic location in the west end. Small hill to climb up from Byres road. Our family of 6 had a great stay.

Cons: Nothing bad to say. The amenities were a high level. No complaints. I feel bad someone took the chargers they had previously made available. Hate bad behaving tourists!
