The Kelvin - Peaceful West End River View Property

Pros: The location was fine for our use and the cleanlines was outstanding, new carpet too

Very relaxing, comfortable stay

Pros: Great communication with the management company who rented out the property. No problem in finding the lock box to gain access. Location was very peaceful and the property was very clean. It is comfortably furnished and very well equipped. Cannot comment on public transport as we were only there for two nights and used Uber. Great service. I would definitely return.

Pros: Located at a peaceful location in which there's a river behind. It is complete with all facilities and the owners were really nice.

Cons: The bathroom lock is broken.

Pros: Great location - the walk to the Botanics and University area along the river was lovely. The house was quiet, clean, spacious, had all we needed, plus a wonderful river view.

lovely peaceful part of Glasgow we didn’t know existed!

Pros: free parking and lots of available spaces, really peaceful location with easy 20 min walk to botanics along the river, nice layout, all spotless and things easy to find

Cons: bath plug didn’t remotely fit the plug hole so lost a lot of hot water before we realised and in the end just had a shower - but waste of hot water in these expensive times!

A serene, enjoyable week that passed by far too quickly and I can’t wait to return to lovely Glasgow.

Pros: It was very clean, had all necessary facilities, was in a great location, and the property owners were very attentive and helpful.

Cons: The downstairs neighbor reported that there was a water leak into his flat; however, the owners of this property responded very quickly to get the situation sorted out which was helpful.

Pros: L'appartement donne sur la Kelvin, ce qui est très agréable – l'endroit est calme et on entend le bruit de l'eau ! L'appartement est propre et les lits confortables, le check-in/out est très simple et permet d'entrer/partir en toute liberté. Au niveau de l'emplacement, on est à 20/30 minutes à pied du west-end, et un train permet de rendre au centre ville (pas très régulier) – ou bien par bus (compter 30 minutes).

Cons: Le débit d'eau pour la douche est un peu faible.
