Great house, great value, great location !

Pros: Lovely property in a great area. Very warm and comfortable. Great showers and really comfy beds. Lots of space. Lovely outside seating area.

Cons: I felt the property would have benefited from a welcome book. It was difficult to know things like what to do with rubbish. There could have been slightly clearer instructions on where exactly it is ( for example just saying opposite the pub!). These were small things though.

Great location, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds

Pros: A beautiful, very comfortable stay in a great location for our 4 nights in Culcross. Excellent info provided pre-stay, the property was super clean and the welcome basket was much appreciated, thank you :) Easy to find, lots of good walks right from the doorstep and a pub across the road that does fab food - couldn’t ask for better!

Pros: Well furnished, beautiful property in an ideal location. Arriving to find shopping essentials was a lovely touch, and dedicated parking was massively handy.

Pros: Located in a picturesque village by the Firth of Forth. Within easy reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh. Very well equipped and stylishly furnished. Furnished outdoor space.
