Perfect Islay Get Away

Pros: The location and the use of space. It was just perfect. I’ve stayed in islay a few times and this has been my fav location to stay at.

Cons: Loved it all.

Perfect for relaxation with a fantastic view.

Pros: Shorefield is a great property for a group of friends. Plenty of room and different areas to relax and to enjoy the fabulous view. The location is perfect for exploring the island.

Cons: It does need updating a little - carpets, rugs etc but this doesn’t detract from the country charm. The showers are quite small.

Pros: Superb accommodation. Lots of love put into decorations with personal touches. Beautiful home. Lots of amenities. Love the fireplace on a cold night.

Definitely be booking this place if we were to visit this beautiful island again!

Pros: Easy to find, cosy, have good amenities and a working fire place. We enjoyed the living room.

Cons: Not so far but only the bathroom light wasn’t fixed on our arrival. But it is just a tiny issue. They have a second shower room downstairs though.

Lovely week on a beautiful island. Bruichladdich village limited facilities but easy to get around.

Pros: Good location, great views, cooking facilities excellent, bedrooms very comfortable. Hosts left various bits & pieces to get us started in the kitchen - tea, coffee, condiments etc

Cons: Nothing to complain about!

Islay is a beautiful place, staying at Shorefield lets you appreciate it every moment of your stay.

Pros: The house is perfectly comfortable, well sized and cozy. Step outside and you're overlooking the entire bay. Excellent rental - as advertized and much more.
