Great apartment. Lovely location

Pros: Lovely, comfortable well appointed apartment. Great location in a lovely village with a choice of restaurants and bars

Pros: Superb apartment with great facilities. Spotlessly clean with clear instructions for everything. Location excellent for bus route, local shop and restaurants

Cons: No instructions sent for key collection until requested on the day.

A wonderfully converted property with fantastic views and easy access to most of the island

Pros: Property itself is excellent, probably the best internet connection which was a real plus. Meant that we could explore during the day and use a stick at night to watch stuff. The view from the windows is class and everything inside furniture wise is good quality and very comfortable. Ideal for a couple looking to explore the island. Being near shops and food places was another plus.

Cons: The property was great but my only slight complaint was the checkout time. Appreciate the need for getting cleaners in for the next guests but a 09:30 checkout felt a little unfair. Would consider extending this a little for guests to have a little more time. Lock box code was difficult to get but part of me thinks that's a problem with the website. Was almost impossible to find on my phone browser and had to phone the host to get them

We had a most wonderful relaxing stay here on Islay and also visited Jura. Missed out on the

Pros: Location was excellent for our stay. We could cycle straight from the door .Outstanding scenery and wonderful weather for September.

Cons: Only the fact the eating out was restricted due to holidays and illness of the food preparers. Not a fault of the accommodation owners at all.

Pros: The location was great, spacious, clean and comfortable

Cons: Check out time was quite early - 9.30am

Pros: Superb facilities, fabulous location and great views. Very good support from owners when we had a problem with the heating, who dealt with and rectified the issue immediately.

Cons: Having to leave and go home.

Bon séjour

Pros: Logement spacieux situé dans la vieille école de Port Charlotte. En se fiant au clocher, on trouve facilement. Cuisine impeccable bien équipée. Couchage un peu mou à mon goût. Deux salles de bain. Parking à l’arrière facile d’accès.

Cons: Difficile à chauffer avec une pareille hauteur sous plafond. L’eau chaude est plutôt tiède.

Really enjoyed our stay in Islay and at Kilchoman.

Pros: The accommodations were clean and the spacious. It was quiet and safe area.

Cons: I wish we had been provided body wash. Parking was full on 2 nights that we were there.
