Nice house in a not so nice surroundings

Pros: Very nice appartment in a recently built house, so everything is up to modern standards. Heating, warmwater, showers, everything is in order. Some things are beginning to show early signs of use, so if you're reading this in 2027 (two years from the time of this review) expect more stuff to be broken.

Cons: The neighborship isn't that nice, you definitely need a car to get around to more interesting places. Also, there was clearing activity going on in the lot next door, with heavy machinery being used to clear trees and such. Expect construction to go on well into an through 2026 with the associated noise levels. Wasn't mentioned in the listing, so I expect it won't be in the future either.

Spacious and clean

Pros: Close to Loch. it is a big and spacious property, 3 stories, can fit 7 people easily. very clean. Kitchen facilities are good, although not that clean (like oven).

Cons: A bit hard to climb 3 stories all the time. the doors auto closes. heating facility is a bit difficult to work out if you are not familiar with it.

Birthday suprise

Pros: Accommodation was lovely bright comfortable clean, kitchen could have done with dish towels.

Cons: It was advertised as being in balloch lochmonnd but was a taxi drive to go for a drink & a meal, not walking distance & no post code or house number was provided
