Pros: This is an amazing location. The house is beautiful and has everything you need , like a home from home. The view from the deck area is exceptional and so peaceful. The host, Karen, sent us everything we needed to find the property and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Also met her husband who really made us welcome. Would really recommend this for anyone looking for a base to look around the area. Couldn't ask for more. Having previously lived in this area , nice to come back to a friendly place.

Perfect

Pros: Fully equiped and with a Beautiful view on the lake. Very closed to Glencoe valley and hikings.

Fantastic location for active family

Pros: Excellent location, very clean and spacious. Quiet and with spectacular views

Cons: Missing dishwasher but this is very minor thing to mention

Pros: This is an outstanding property. The property sits on a quiet wooded hillside in Glenachulish, with excellent views over Loch Leven. There are two adjacent cottages which do not overlook the property. The interior has been recently refurbished and was clean and modern but welcoming. The standard of facilities and appliances was very high. The owner had left a bottle of wine and a basket with (very Scottish) snacks, both of which we appreciated. Wi-Fi connection was variable but generally good. Ample parking next to the property. Adults were very happy and children loved our time here. Please note that the Highland Haven does not take pets. This is clear on the information provided by the owner but does not seem to have been registered by Booking.com.

Cons: There was nothing here we didn't like, but note that the property is hard to find without instruction. The property can provide a Pin on Google Maps Plus which accurately identifies the location. If you can't use this, Karen, the owner, is happy to be called on the number provided, is extremely helpful and can provide simple instructions which will get you there without difficulty.

Pros: The apartment is well equipped, clean, with beautiful view.

Cons: We had to wait for quite long to understand how to find the key. The landlord did not respond to phone calls. It was freezing

Fantastic

Pros: We are quite regularly in Scotland and for sure this is one of the better places to stay. The location and views where fantasatic and the house was fully renovated and as new. For sure an accommodation worth while to stay. Nice people at a perfect place.

Cons: Telephone reception is not always stable but this is something the landlord cannot help nor fix. Perhaps a dishwasher could be helpfull.

Beautiful and relaxing

Pros: Supper clean, comfortable beds all amenities are available including private parkings

Cons: Its a relaxing location with beautiful scenery but far away from the city. You would need a car to discover the near by lakes and villages

Pros: La vue sur le lac et la montagne, la tranquillité, la proximité de la forêt et de randonnées . La maison, son confort, la qualité du mobilier, la décoration. Le panier garni avec l'excellente bouteille de vin. Un grand merci à notre hôte .

Amazing Place and Amazing Owners

Pros: This place was amazing. The owners are extremely nice and did a wonderful job in preparation for the stay. There's an entire book of all the instructions for everything in the house. The view was amazing. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us.

Cons: Sykes Cottage. While I loved my stay here, I was forced to find a place last minute because Sykes Cottage double booked my other rental and then cancelled mine. I will never use Sykes Cottage again for booking.
