Welcoming, Comfortable, and easy

Pros: Our room was great, very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Cons: Nothing, the whole experience from check in through was great.

Pros: It's a beautiful, old hotel with lots of character and well decorated. The room was quiet and the bed was decently comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, definitely worth having it there, and they offer a variety of hot dishes that you may choose one from. The location is great, right on the loch.

Cons: The room was a little small for two people with luggage but not terribly so. And the water pressure is very weak, though there is a sign in the bathroom explaining why this is: old hotel, old plumbing, so one can excuse that.

Loved the views - second to none

Pros: The views were sensational and the staff were wonderful

Cons: The bathroom was a bit rundown and the toilet had issues

Very nice, comfortable hotel and a good location on the way to Skye

Pros: The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night on our way from Edinburgh to Island of Skye and I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again myself. We liked the building and the lounge area.

Cons: Everything was good.

A very nice hotel

Pros: Liked the location, close to Nevis and Glencoe. View from the front was fantastic. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and nice.

Cons: Economy double was on the smaller side for the price. Shower was weak and only had pressure on full heat. Had to rush before water got too hot. Handing in your keys and having to call to get in was different.

Pros: The guesthouse offers beautiful views of the lake and mountains. It offers a short but very tasty dinner menu and quite good breakfasts, which stood out in comparison to the generally poor quality of food in Scotland. The bar offers a large selection of whiskey.

Cons: We booked an economy room, but compared to the photos, it turned out to be very small and the bed was very narrow.

Pros: Impeccable stay,..location, price, service, room. Gorgeous vista from the lovely lounge with a great ambiance, bar, fireplace. All employees are committed to their jobs and the property.

Pros: Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a very nice stay and got to know the Scottish Whiskies
