The Loch Lomond Guesthouse

Gorgeous, friendly, amazing and will 100% come again.

Pros: The host was super friendly and helpful. The room and the breakfast room was spotless, modern and contemporary, and very comfy. The location was right on the banks of Loch Lomond and is a stunning location.

Cons: The only small downside was the room was too warm! The host did mention this might be the case, as it had a thermostat, radiators and under floor heating. We love a house to be lovely and warm, but this was too warm. I got the fan (supplied) out at night to keep cool. But only a small downside.

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely location. Beautiful scenery. Really enjoyed our meals at The Cruin and the breakfast served in the morning was delicious.

Fabulous accommodation in a great location

Pros: Everything, the accommodation was amazing, the room was huge, beautiful bathroom with huge walk in shower, coffee and tea making facilities, with lovely touches like shortbread, water and milk in the fridge, patio doors out to a seating area where you could chat to other guests, just stunning. Breakfast was amazing, you could pick what you wanted and what time you wanted to eat, staff were lovely and could not be more helpful, will definitely return and we have been recommending to family and friends. Value for money,

Cons: Two small things, the road is not in great conditions, lots of potholes and unavoidable, also lighting in the evening when going to the restaurant onsite, there was no visibility and the road was obviously not in great condition, an accident waiting to happen.

Pros: Second timing staying as great as the first time, highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing, lovely place to stay.

Pros: I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone we spoke to during our stay was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home straight away

Cons: The room was really clean well-presented and very comfortable. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining high standards throughout the property. We also really enjoyed the food everything was fresh,tasty, and well-prepared. Will definitely be booking again

Very enjoyable

Pros: Such a lovely cosy guesthouse! Beautiful interiors. The owner was absolutely lovely and told us some great places to go for a walk on a Sunday morning.

Pros: Our Guest House accommodation was immaculate. Stayed here few years ago for a wedding in the Holly and it was as good as I remembered it.

Cons: If I am being picky, the only gripe I would have is, although the cooked breakfast was delicious, there weren't any bakery items e.g.croissants/muffins.

Pros: The guesthouse was perfect! It was beautifully warm and welcoming, and very clean. The surroundings were very peaceful.
