Snug - Colquhoun Square Apartment

Great location and apartment.

Pros: Great location, well equipped kitchen, good powerful shower, clean throughout.

Cons: Some noisy neighbours, but that’s the only complaint.

Would stay again, if the showers fixed. Should really receive a discount on that basis.

Pros: Spacious. Clean. Very comfortable. Quiet and decent Wi-Fi.

Cons: The shower thermostat was completely broken. Scolding hot or freezing cold. Dangerous for children. Needs repairing. Too many emails received during the booking process from different addresses made getting into / locating the entrance difficult. Support was provided promptly however.

Pros: The location right in the center of town was great. There was a lovely Saturday market right on our doorstep. Although basic the apartment had everything we needed. Lots of space. This would be great for young families. We never met the owner but he was responsive and helpful by phone/text.

Cons: The beds were not very comfy. Not terrible, just very basic. The budget fittings and furnishings were functional but lacked any charm.

Perfect place in the centre of Helensburgh

Pros: Lovely flat in town centre, very convenient for everything. Owners were very helpful and a delight to deal with.

Pros: Centrally located, easy walking distance to the town's facilities. Large, well equipped, comfortable apartment.

Cons: Shower could benefit from an update, it works but isn't very powerful. First floor, as described, but to be aware that the stairs are quite steep.

Will be back for sure great place to stay very comfortable..

Pros: Location location location.. nice and roomy well appointed really like it..

Cons: Floor a little squeaky not a big deal though..

We enjoyed our short stay in Helensburgh, and would certainly consider returning, and booking this property again.

Pros: Very clean and generally well equipped. Good central location.

Cons: Would benefit from a mirror in the second bedroom. A cafetière would be helpful.
