Ramsay Gardens - Grand 4-Bedroom Apartment Next To Castle

Pros: There was a problem with the heating upon arrival, but this was fixed quickly. Very nice.

VERY GRAND PLACE TO STAY IN EDINBURGH!

Pros: This is a fantastic place to stay in Edinburgh if you are travelling with a group of friends or family. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the living room is spacious! The kitchen is complete with all equipment you will need if you are going to cook. The location is very close to Edinburgh castle and you can also straight away go downhill to Princes street gardens. It has good value for money too.

Stunning apartment in an excellent location

Pros: The location was excellent and the apartment was absolutely stunning. So much space, beautiful views and delightful Victorian details.

Cons: Check-in time could be earlier and check-out time could be later.

Fantastic, spacious apartment

Pros: Stunning, spacious apartment in the very centre of Edinburgh. Couldn't fault Ramsay Gardens for our group of friends with one baby. So central, yet quiet at night. Stuart was really friendly and helpful via message prior to our stay. We hope we can stay here again on future visits to Edinburgh.

Cons: Only thing was we wanted to dispose of our bin bag on checking out but were unable to find the bin. We weren't sure when we left if it was a wheely bin all the way down the street which we were unable to see when looking up and down out of Ramsay Gardens. Would be helpful for clarification about this to allow guests to complete checking out requests. But this did not affect our stay at all.

Pros: Spectacular apartment. Everything worked well and there were excellent little touches like children’s books. The hosts had provided clear and helpful information. The location is wonderful. Despite proximity to the Royal Mile the flat is wonderfully quiet other than during the Military Tattoo.

Cons: It really is a wonderful apartment. The mattresses could do with updating on some of the beds. But otherwise superb.

Excellent location

Pros: Fabulous location and lovely apartment. Staff very responsive.

Cons: Kitchen was a little small and three of the rooms only had double beds rather than large doubles.

Pros: Beautiful location in preferred area & an historic building on pretty lane. Less than a block to Edinburgh Castle entrance. On a bit of a hill but extremely walkable & 3-4 mins from hub of old town. Wonderful for family & VERY spacious!
