Pros: The property was amazingly spacious, modernised with many amenities. The host provided fresh flowers, fruits, coffee and snacks. The location was extremely convenient, next to the castle. Highly recommended!

Pros: I have been in Scotland for 6 weeks and wanted to finish my time here staying somewhere really special, and this did not disappoint. Perched high above Edinburgh, you will feel as if you are on top of the world. Clutching my morning coffee watching the whole city begin to bustle, spying snow on mountains in the distance, is something to truly treasure. It has everything you could need, not to mention beautifully furnished with a helpful and responsive host. What a way to say goodbye to such an incredibly beautiful city, a city which instantly feels like “home”. My only complaint is I did not want to ever leave! Thank you!

A fabulous stay, ideal for family or group of friends. The accommodation, location and views were first class.

Pros: Great location and very spacious and comfortable. Views were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and lovely and warm, which in December was a must! Would certainly book again if returning to Edinburgh.

Cons: It is a steady climb up to the apartment, so you need a certain level of fitness as there are no lifts. It was not a problem for our group and well worth it for the views from the apartment.

Pros: You simply cannot stay any closer to the castle than this location. Castle right outside bedroom windows. The entire apartment is appointed with a tasteful mix of new and old. None of us wanted our stay to be over and could not imagine staying anywhere else in Edinburgh now.

Excellent property and location

Pros: Fantastic property and location. Very well equipped. Ideal for our group of 3 couples as the rooms were all en-suite. Very clean and the beds were really comfortable.

A lovely apartment !

Pros: The apartment was lovely, very roomy and nice welcome package with flowers from host, good towels and excellent toiletries. Lovely views of castle from one side and market the other.

Cons: Stairs to apartment but we were told of them before stay ! We liked everything, had an issue with no heat for a couple of mornings but this was addressed by host quickly. Lounge couches could do with a clean but everything else very good. Recommended.

Pros: Location was fantastic , with a view of the castle. Prime location.

Cons: Stairs to the apartment , although we were all fit , was difficult 😣 in high heels..

Pros: Great location, amazing views and so spacious. It was much bigger than we had expected but perfect for our needs and in a great location for all our activities. they really went the extar mile with a great variety of teas, coffees, bsicuits and fruit.

Cons: Slightly old in style and had a small problem with the shower waste not working properly and the coffee machine leaking. Quite alot of stairs so wouldn't suit any one who had mobility issues and you are scared of heights it might not be the best

Pros: Such a beautiful well kept period flat..so nice we didn't want yo ho out

Cons: Understandably no lift in this period building and 3 levels of stairs were challenging
