Cons: Maybe larger towels would be useful. The windows were open and a bee came in. Don't really know how it got inside the house to be honest.

Huge place - good kitchen and shower. Comfortable bed
Pros: Huge place with separate bedroom, good kitchen - nice shower and good heating. Top floor (3 flights of stairs) and no actual parking other than limited street parking. Easy to get buses to Edinburgh and back

Great quiet location
Pros: Quiet location, street parking, tesco in walking distance. A small historic bit in walking distance
Cons: Needed more kitchen items, not many pots, pans etc. I'd like to have seen more of the house's character. The beautiful tiled fire places had stuff in front of them.

Pros: Eagles Land is definitely a great choice! The apartment is exceptionally spacious and in excellent condition. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen are cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs and access to video cassettes, which is a fun, nostalgic touch reminiscent of earlier times. Communication with the hosts was excellent—everything went smoothly without any issues. I don't quite understand the comments suggesting the neighborhood is questionable; in my experience, it was a calm and peaceful area, mostly inhabited by lovely elderly residents. Transportation to the city center is also very convenient, with buses running frequently. The nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend this place!

Lots of room, very comfortable
Pros: The building looked pretty ordinary, but the apartment was very nice. There's plenty of room, with a kitchen, loungeroom, bathroom, and bedroom. The heating works very well, and having a washing machine was very good. It's very close to buses that go directly to the city, which was very useful. It's close to TESCO and LIDL, and to many restaurant or takeaway options. We were lucky to be there on the weekend, when parking was free.
Cons: The shower is really the only negative. It has quite low pressure and is inside the bath, which is very high.

Great base for a couple to stay on the outskirts of Edinburgh with plenty of restaurants nearby.
Pros: Lovely period fireplaces. Very spacious. Lovely modern and well equipped kitchen. Handy for local buses. Short hop to Murrayfield Stadium and not too far from the city centre. Lots of nice eateries nearby.
Cons: Being on the top (third) floor was nice but you have to be fit!
