Lovely 3 bed with jacuzzi

I enjoyed and loved my stay

Pros: Everything was spot on. It has plenty choices of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic and it has all sorts of cereals for breakfast. It has everything you need to make a meal. I spent nice time in the jacuzzi. The property was clean and looks really good

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that it is in a quiet neighbourhood and 15 minutes drive away from the centre

Pros: Communication was fantastic, Maggi went above and beyond to make our stay. Gift waiting (wine and g&t) a fridge full of snacks, milk, bread ect as well as some roses and a birthday card for my Mrs. Would love to stay again when visiting Edinburgh our favourite city.

Pros: The property was perfect for our needs, 15 mins to the town centre, Maggie was a perfect host, and the extra which were left were a great touch, milk, bread, cheese, Ham, and some drinks, such a nice touch,

Pros: Personal touches, felt like home from home, the slippers and welcome drinks. Clean and comfortable space.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like. However it is very bright early in the morning, black out curtains might be a good idea. Also maybe instructions regarding recycling, or which bin to use. Otherwise thank you for having us 😁

Clean house, calm area and amazing host

Pros: This is it! A clean house in a alm area. Not close to city centre, but bus stop around the corner. And really easy to take an Uber. Close to Lidl (5 min walk). The best of all: Maggie, the owner. She is kind and attentive and she always communicated well with us. Maggie tries to honor all your requests. We had an early check in and late check out. This place is all you want. Everything you need: nice beds, spacious, good shower. The house is fully furnished: everything you can think off and more: you don’t have to bring anything! All the cabinets and cupboards are filled: you can use it all. A home away from home. So comfortable. For entertainment: disney dvd’s, PS4, Arcade. Lots of extras as a welcome basket, a variety of drinks. We expected a wee welcome basket, but the fridge was stocked and we received groceries. And for our celebration: a cake, flowers, prosecco and ballons: so nice! Maggie: thank you for everything.

Cons: During the Fringe festival the prices go through the roof, so this apartment was also expensive as expected.

Pros: This place is amazing, spectacular, beautiful, and has a perfect location. The owner is attentive, kind, always communicated well with us. Thank you for everything

Pros: Very nice place, close to Lidl and bus stop. Groceries in kitchen by Host very convenient, after long trip form Liecester. Closeby to Granton park and shore, really liked the morning runs

Pros: lovely apartment, hot tub and lovely host with nice touches like a wee welcome package

Pros: Friendly owner takes care. Some food and drinks available.

Cons: Quite stuffed, the house is completely filled with stuff.

A fantastic holiday home to be cherished

Pros: 1) The jacuzzi of course despite the cold and windy weather outside 😁 2) The walk-in shower with the hand-held bidet that was very handy for washup after toilet use 😅. 3) The fully-equipped kitchen and generously stocked up groceries 😄 4) Best of all, our fantastic host Maggie, has made our holiday full of wonderful and pleasant memories for us to cherish. It's like staying in our own home away from home 🏡. Hope to come again and stay in your beautiful home in the future. Will definitely recommend others to stay here too. Love you Maggie ♥️

Cons: Not that it matters to others, but the alcoholic drinks and bottles on the table and in the kitchen too, had a slight if not negative impact on our first impression upon arrival. 😐
