Clean modern apartment within a short distance of the city centre

Pros: Had everything you would need for a short stay, very clean and well located near to bus routes, great communication and flexibility from the hosts

Pros: Very generous of the hosts to leave us so much food. Also extra cooking utensils for Christmas. Very friendly, excellent communication. Spotlessly clean

Pros: We spent 4 unforgettable days in this beautiful house; Carol’s hospitality and care for everything were excellent, we all felt like at home, all you need is there! The location is strategic, it's easy reaching any point in the city centre, we used the public buses without any problem. For sure this is the place I would recommend.

Cons: Based on public reviews, the area is not very desirable, but there were no issues encountered during the stay. Didn't feel unsafe or anything like that, would totally recommend.

Pros: Carol was a great host. She welcomed us warmly into her house and gave us a few secret tips for Edinburgh. The whole apartment was cozy, clean, and well equipped. I highly recommend this place!

Cons: Beds could be bigger. Beds in both bedrooms are just 140 cm wide.

Pros: Very Nice Apartment with everything in it, that you need. Carol was the sweetest host and provided us with ingredients for Breakfast. We had a variety of Coffee, Tea, Bread, butter, jam, eggs, joghurt, milk and juice when we arrived so no need to shop for the first breakfast. Everything was very clean an cosy. Busstop in short walking distance, so you can reach the inner city in less than 30 minutes. Transportation by bus is very easy and comfortable. We had a wonderful time in Edinburgh and would recommend this Apartment very much.

Cons: Beds were comfortable but could be a little bit bigger for two persons.

Pros: Perfect for our needs. The personal welcome by the host was warm and welcoming.

Cons: Although we basically showered and slept at the property, the service on the tv was poor. Probably reception related.

Pros: Carol was the perfect host, she met us on arrival, showed us around and explained everything, the apartment is very modern, well decorated, Carol left plenty tea, coffee, fresh juices, breakfast for us, I will definitely use here again in the future if I need to stay in Edinburgh as it’s a nice distance from city centre and the airport.
