Amazing place to stay while in Edinburgh

Pros: What an amazing place to stay. Apartment has everything you need. Love the fresh fruit, fresh flowers, biscuits and coffee...very thoughtful! Bed was so comfy! A nice walk to the city while being out a bit to ensure quiet and great restaurants.

Overall very enjoyable.

Pros: Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars and shops including Sainsbury across the road. Easy 20 minute walk to Royal Mile etc. lovely atmosphere in the apartment with nice touches like a vase of flowers and some goodies and milk in the fridge.

Cons: The three flights of stairs - 60 steps. Should be mentioned in details. We just about managed but not for everyone would be able to. Bathroom had ok ish shower (small and water spillage was a nuisance). Sink was blocked and water drained very slowly. There was no hot water so I rang the emergency number and someone said ‘ Hi, I’ll get back to you’ but we heard nothing. Luckily my husband is a practical man and realised that there was no water in the boiler, so he was able to fill it and solve the problem.

Lovely flat to stay in.

Pros: The location is superb! A 30 minute walk into the centre of town or there's a bus stop right outside the main front door. The area around the accommodation has great facilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location has a great vibe, not too busy but great atmosphere. It was a perfect place to be after the bustle and busy town area.

Cons: There was nothing to be fair but worth mentioning that if you have mobility issues then this is not the place to stay as there are flights of stairs to climb to get to the flat. it wasn't a problem for us.

We had a great stay.

Pros: Lovely , large flat in a great location. Very helpful team in the office. Wonderful flowers and shortbread.

Cons: Quite expensive. Bed was too soft and low with no mattress protector or pillow protectors so I felt they were unhygienic.

Pros: Good location - safe, quiet, beautiful neighbourhood with supermarket, cafes, restaurants, gift shops, bakery, etc just around the corner / bus stop outside the building / old city at close proximity, nice walk to Royal Mile Wonderful apartment - comfortable, quiet, warm, spacious and bright, nicely decorated and well equipped Host support - clear check-in and check-out instructions / always available to provide steer / helpful guide on what to see/do in Edinburgh / very much appreciated that I was able to store my luggage at their offices on the day of my departure

Cons: No elevator - heavy luggage not easy to carry up to the 3rd floor

Pros: Perfect location (very close to University and old town). Very cosy appartement, well equipped with amazing view. Will come back !

Great location, great apartment, great visit to a great city 👍

Pros: Location was fantastic with a bus stop immediately outside. Great communication from owners. Felt like a family home not a holiday rental. Really comfy bed. Very spacious apartment. Everything you could want for a break away. Restaurants and supermarket opposite. Although on a main street, the area was quiet and there was no noise in the building. Would definitely recommend this property and would try and stay here again if we needed accommodation in Edinburgh. So much to see, but wear comfy shoes!

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Lovely apartment in a really nice area. Everything was just like described. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to prepare meals. The added value is the position: the area is really calm and nice but perfectly connected to the city center (bus stop immediately downstairs).

Loved the apartment was excellent exactly what you would expect for the price, cosy lounge area!

Pros: The location was perfect it made our trip! We loved that it was on the outskirts so we could explore more of Edinburgh. It was so easy to just google buses and hop on with the bus stop being outside it took 10 mins ish to get into the main centre.

Cons: We loved absolutely everything about this stay but the one thing that was a bit of a letdown was the bed, we felt that it could do with a mattress topper and slightly thinner pillows but everything else was perfect!
