Spotless, spacious and comfortable

Pros: Spotless, peaceful, private and excellent location. It is more spacious than the pictures let on and we appreciated the thoughtful breakfast items and treats. The toiletries in the bathroom are lovely and the bed was very comfortable. There are some lovely restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk from the house and it took about 20 minutes to reach the royal mile area. Caroline is so helpful and very responsive, and she made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. We definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Perfect, well equipped apartment, whether you're staying a couple of days or for longer

Pros: Communication with the host Caroline prior to our visit was very easy. She was highly responsive. The property is in an excellent, quiet location, and is perfect whether you are staying just a few days, or for longer, with lots of good bars, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets etc just a couple of minutes' walk. All of the rooms are equipped to a high level (Bosch appliances in the kitchen, Porcelanosa in the bathroom), with everything you could possibly need. A vase of flowers, milk and other drinks in the fridge for our arrival (very thoughtful), and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. We will most definitely visit again.

Pros: Lovely property & Caroline was extremely helpful throughout including greeting us at the start. Really kind to leave cereals, milk etc. 15 min walk to the centre and Edinburgh Castle, well positioned for everything. Would recommend!

Cute city stay

Pros: Lovely area, close enough to town and parks you can walk in or get the bus. Underfloor heating was great. The owner was there to welcome us and shown us the essentials. We would stay here again!

Pros: A very interesting, modern apartment, impeccably clean and fresh. Equipped with everything you need and even more. Located in a quiet area, yet close to the city center, bars, and attractions. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, with excellent communication before arrival. I highly recommend it!
