wonderful apartment

Pros: The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood. It has all the amenities and can easily accommodate four people. Access from the airport is possible by public transportation combined with a 15min walk.

Cons: Picking up and giving back the keys is a bit problematic. You get the address to pick up the keys about an hour before check-in and it is not the address where you live. In my case, the apartment was located 15 minutes from the key pick-up location. This means either taking an extra cab or walking back and forth with a suitcase. The same procedure applies when checking out. This is a major inconvenience and extra time to take into account when checking out. In my case, I continued my stay in Edinburgh and I had enough time to do this but with a flight in a morning... Perhaps it is a more convenient place for a people with a car because there is a free parking place.

Great central location with secure off street parking and really comfortable living and sleeping spaces.

Pros: Really great location in Edinburgh and easily able to walk in to and around town. Near great local shops, sites and walks. Great to have dedicated/secure off street parking. Well finished apartment with really comfortable furnishings and facilities. Nice separate spaces for living and sleeping.

Cons: Not really anything to dislike … furniture was comfortable but large for the space available so tight to make use of both lounge and dining areas.

Pros: Loved this location! Apartment is exactly as shown and described. If at Edinburgh, we will definitely stay here again!

Great location, great parking, very comfortable

Pros: Good Location 15-20 min walk from princes street. Comfortable and had good parking underneath the building in private car park large enough for large car. Nice outdoor patio we used to eat our breakfast whilst watching the world go by.

Pros: I really liked Edinburgh. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to the center , on foot. excellent places for breakfast nearby and excellent restaurants too; Apartment very conformtable and bedding ++

Logement presque parfait. Mais évitez Joivy!

Pros: Très bon logement, certainement la meilleure location que j'ai pu faire. C'est vraiment grand, bien équipé, parfaitement propre. Idéal avec des enfants avec ses 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Même si le logement n'est pas directement en centre-ville, il est à moins de 20 minutes à pied et des commerces sont à proximité.

Cons: Je mettrais 10/10 s'il n'y avait pas Joivy. Ils tentent de vous extorquer de l'argent en proposant de payer immédiatement une somme pour couvrir la caution, en mettant cette option en avant plutôt que de simplement payer une caution, facile de se faire avoir. La procédure pour récupérer (et surtout rendre!) les clés est vraiment nulle. Il faut se rendre dans un magasin à plus de 10 min du logement, si c'est OK pour l'arrivée, mais c'est vraiment nul pour le départ, on aurait largement préféré laisser les clés dans la boite aux lettres du logement plutôt que devoir perdre 20 minutes le matin tôt pour arranger le loueur.

Pros: Great location, great space, loved the neighborhood...and the apartment was wonderful!

Cons: Getting the key was a bit interesting...having to go to a convenient store to get it. A code would have been easier. Also, no coffee in the apartment...that would have been nice. otherwise, I don't have much to complain about! Grateful for the space!

Pros: La amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones muy limpias. La ubicación excelente y cerca de varias atracciones en Old Town.

Ideal Spot for Edinburgh Stay

Pros: Perfect location. Nice big, bright place. Comfy beds. Washer and dryer.
