One in a million apartment

Pros: WOWOWOW!!! 10s doesn't reflect a true score. My house would fit inside this apartment, it's a gift that keeps on giving. So many extras. Exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Comfortable and cosy and very quiet! Close to buses going to the markets, castle etc. Had a great time exploring and even saw a concert at St Giles Cathedral. Waitrose just down the road. If using taxis make sure you emphasise it's 'South Learmonth Avenue' as they get confused and may drop you at the other end! Fantastic stay, location and apartment. Thoroughly recommend.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Couldn't fault anything.

Clean warm beautiful flat with helpful host

Pros: Excellent quiet location within short walking distance of both Stockbridge and West End, avoiding tourist crowds of Old Town but well connected. Beautiful warm, light and exceptionally clean flat with well resourced kitchen (Waitrose supermarket 6 minute walk away) . Clear, fast and personal communication from host prior and during visit. Perfect bathroom.

Cons: Main double bed seemed a bit short for tall husband, and only queen sized double. I suggest using the white bed for any tall guests, and this bed was wider too.

A comfortable home away from home.

Pros: Spacious accommodation, nicely presented. Lovely shower/bath room. Masses of kitchenware and basics, salt, spices, oils etc. Good location, walkable to centre and on bus route. Enjoyed exploring the local area around Dean Bridge on foot - beautiful.

Cons: Be aware no free allocated parking in the vicinity. Can use permit holder bays if available in accordance with regulations.

Great location, extremely clean and comfortable property

Pros: A bright, quiet property in a superb location for getting in and around the City. Walking distance to Stockbridge and its many restaurants and the very pretty Deans Village. Very well equipped property with everything we needed. Communication and instructions with owners on check-in/out was clear and easy.

Pros: Good location to visit Dean village, quite and clean apartment with modern furniture

Cons: the parking is not really good as the max hours is only 4.

Spacious flat, great location.

Pros: Spacious was a great description & there was loads of storage for bags, clothes, toiletries etc. Great location, everything is walkable. Very welcoming host.

Cons: There were no instructions for recycling - but Ela replied very quickly with the info. TV instructions would have also been good.

Very helpful host and lovely flat

Pros: Lovely lay out and well presented- very comfortable and clean.

Cons: Google maps originally took us to the wrong location, spent a while finding the building, but host picked up phone straight away and directed us with no issue.

A nice cozy apartment in a quiet residential street, fairly close to the town center.

Pros: The apartment itself is modern and well equipped. During our stay it was a very quite place. The beds are fine, the kitchen and bathroom are very good. To the town center it is a 15min walk. Parking your car close by is difficult/expensive, but at Ravelston Terrace you can park during the day for a fairly low price (is at 300m)

Cons: Parking your car in the street, but can be done for far less money and a longer period than 3h at 300m in Ravelston Terrace.
