Overall it was a very nice place to be and I would love to stay there again. It was worth the money.

Pros: I liked the location of the property. It allowed me to go to all the places I wanted by walking. The facilities were top notch and very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons: I would have loved to have a small fridge in the room. This would have been much comfortable for me. However, the kitchen wasn’t far from my room so I could use the fridge there.

Perfect location and room

Pros: The kitchen was super clean, the room too very great location, isolation on point and overall I had a very quiet and calm stay.

Cons: Prices are a little expensive especially for a student but it is a great accommodation so I recommend it

Absolutely fantastic!

Pros: Clean rooms, fantastic location, exceptional staff who were always smiling and ready to help☺️ Couldn’t have had a better stay and experience! Great common rooms, modern and new looking kitchen, nice bathroom and it was lovely to have a desk and it was very spacious compared to hotels within my budget. Loved it and thank you to the staff at Portsburgh for making me feel welcome!🥳

Cons: The only thing I could possibly think of is that it’s not very soundproof. But I often wore headphones and I only noticed 1 or 2 times so it didn’t bother me at all

Pros: I highly recommend this property. The central location is perfect for visiting Edinburgh, the rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There's also a large, well-equipped shared kitchen. The hosts are also always available and friendly. A wonderful experience!

Pros: The location was fantastic for the Fringe. Less than 5 minutes from the Grassmarket. It was really safe travelling alone as a woman. The room was great, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Access to a kitchen to store snacks
