Super location, great host. Good spot to know!

Pros: The location is great, very close to everything in Edinburgh! The apartment is spacious and well laid out. Bob is a wonderful host, very flexible with check in and providing lots of helpful information.

Cons: Just a tad bit cold at the beginning, but it heated up fairly quickly. Then again February in Scotland is not known for sunshine and heat.

Pros: The location is excellent, near everything, and fab breakfast steps away from the door. The courtyard is quiet and private. We had a brilliant stay. The stairs are nothing to worry about either. The Facilities were above and beyond with a nice treat when we arrived ☺️

Cons: The main bedroom is small which makes it awkward to get around the bed. We also had the door alarm activated in the middle of the night by someone

Highly recommended for a stay on the old city side of the tracks.

Pros: Behind the door of 12 Cordiners is a leafy oasis with resident squirrels. Close to the old town - Grass Market, the Castle, Grey Friars … the list is long. The unit had a very well equipped kitchen and warm bedrooms. Bob our host was helpful and generous. There are a few stairs, but Edinburgh is a city of stairs ☺️

Pros: Apartment suited all our needs, was close to the Old Town, and tucked away from busy roads and tourists. Perfect for us to relax in the evening.

Great location, helpful host and lovely apartment

Pros: Great central location, close to the Castle and Grassmarket area and to a little Sainsbury's which was very convenient. However, since the property is set back and residential, it was nice and quiet too. It had all the facilities, two lovely bedrooms and a lounge/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The host provided some tea and snacks etc. which were very nice and appreciated.

Cons: Bathroom a little small and the shower head was awkward to use.
