Super cosy and kitted out stay!

Pros: The property was excellently kitted out, it had everything you needed to sleep, cook, eat, keep warm, and relax. The host was really responsive and kept tabs on how we were appropriately.

Cosy, close to centre, perfect for a break in Edinburgh.

Pros: The property was so clean, it smelled wonderful and had everything you needed for a break in Edinburgh. The bed was so comfortable, shower was spotless and good water pressure and kitchen, although small had everything you needed. Lovely living area too.

Very lovely stay in the city

Pros: The location of the appartement was perfect. Just far away enough from the city centre for some peace and quiet, but also very easy to reach all areas for sightseeing. The host, Lucy, was very friendly when we needed assistance. The living area was nice to chill inbetween activities.

Cons: The bed was a bit small and uncomfortable, but that was it.

A perfect self contained flat for a visit to Edinburgh, with everything I needed.

Pros: The flat was comfortable and well set up with everything I needed- a comfy bed, good kitchen with equipment to cook a meal, and nice living space. As a solo woman traveller I felt very safe there. Thanks location was also great- multiple bus stops within a few minutes radius, mini supermarkets, and a 15 minute walk to the castle end of the royal mile (steep hill involved). Very very happy, would stay again. Also appreciated thoughtful touches from the owner, like leaving milk in the fridge. Great communication too.

Cons: It was a little tricky to find my first night, but the owner had sent detailed instructions that were very helpful. Note this apartment is on the first floor so some stairs, but that didn’t bother me. Honestly nothing I can fault it on!

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Honestly, it has been the best place I have ever stayed in. It was a small and cosy place with everything you could ever need. Really comfortable and especially clean. I have high cleaning standards and this place exceeded my expectations!!! It was really well kept and decorated. Lucy was a very nice host with clear instructions that made everything easy. Location was really good as well. Different supermarkets and shops nearby, buses to Waverley Train Station, and it felt like a safe area. I would definitely like to come back!

Well appointed little flat, easy to self cater.

Pros: Well appointed flat with excellent kitchen for its size and double glazed windows. Quiet outlook and good transport links.

Cons: The stairs up to the front door are pretty grotty and the bathroom door wouldn’t close but otherwise all good.

Pros: The location is great, in walking distance to the city center, close to a grocery store, cafes, restaurants. The flat was cosy, but had everything that we needed. Everything was very clean.

Cons: I have absolutely no complaints.

Great stay in a cozy Edinburgh flat

Pros: The apartment is well-equipped – small kitchen, yes, but very comfortable and perfect for cooking basic meals. The space feels warm and homely, and it’s got everything you might need. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The host was friendly and responsive via messages. Location is great: just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town, close to bus stops for getting around, and a short walk from Haymarket Station – ideal for airport connections. Plus, there’s a Tesco and a Sainsbury’s just around the corner.

Cons: As others have mentioned, the entrance and stairwell are a bit neglected – but once inside, the flat is spotless and welcoming. No parking, but Edinburgh is definitely a city best explored on foot.
