It was fantastic just what we wanted for our girly Christmas

Pros: David was there to meet us when we arrived, to show us where everything was and how to work the doors, heating, showers etc,

Cons: There isnt anything we didnt like about this place, booked to go back again this Christmas

Fantastic house for a family getaway

Pros: Perfect for our family get away! This was by far the cleanest self catering accommodation i have ever stayed at. It was like the kitchen was brand new. All the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable with great ensuites. There was a lovely fire in the dining room which made our family meals super cozy. There were 2 living rooms as well as a great outdoor space. Location was also ideal. Less than a minute walk to the main street with bakeries, pubs and great local shops. In the morning we went for a beautiful run up to a waterfall. The foot path and a cycle path are right on the doorstep. The owner greeted us and took us through everything we needed to know. He could not have done more for us. We are already talking about booking again for next year.

Fabulous property close to the town

Pros: Beautiful, spacious and very cosy property. Really close to the Main Street. Beds were really comfortable and quality bed linen and towels.plenty of utensils, glasses etc. Host was very helpful and friendly. The two bottles of Prosecco he left for us was a really nice touch. Our group of ten had a really nice stay.

Wonderful and cozy house in beautiful Scotland.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Annfield House. David as the host was very kind and helpful during our stay. The house is very spacious, stylish, comfortable and very cozy with all the equipment needed. It also has a nice garden. The area nearby is very quiet and Callander is very nice town and a good base for trips. There are also many hiking places to go for nature lovers with spectacular views eveywhere. It was a great time and we would gladly return one day.

Pros: Just had a brilliant wkend for my dads 80th at Annfield ! Welcoming host, welcome pack in kitchen greatly appreciated, beautiful house, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything, golf and badminton in the garden great fun for our big kids, having two lounges worked well for multi generational family group, as did having so many ensuite bedrooms! The location is brilliant with beautiful walks and amenities of Callander on your door step. We will be back! Thanks David!

Pros: The location was perfect for us. There was plenty of room and was well appointed. David was a great host. Only regret is that we were so busy we didn’t get to enjoy more time at the house!
