Laburnam Villa - Luxury 4 bedroom accommodation in the heart of Killin

Great family weekend destination

Pros: Laburnum Villa was a great place for a family (8 of us in all) weekend. The house is really roomy, well equipped and well maintained. The weather was not the kindest but it didn’t really impact the stay since the space allowed us to play games and generally chill a bit.

Cons: No negatives to report.

Beautiful villa

Pros: Beautiful, big villa, with more than enough space for everybody. Good beds and large kitchen. Restaurants and supermarkt on walking distance, as well as an electrical car charging point.

Cons: The double beds are a bit small.

The villa is lovely and spacious and done out to a very high standard, would definitely stay again!

Pros: Central location of the village with a good walking distance to all amenities. The villa was well equipped with everything you need.

Cons: A TV in the kitchen diner would of been nice.

Great house in a great place and would Ho again

Pros: Spacious and very well equipped. Great layout for entertaining or just chilling..3 days of sunshine so the sun trap garden area was well used.

Cons: Only thing we couldn’t work out was the surround system on the tv

Pros: It was a truly luxurious experience. The house is in the centre of Killin.

Pros: Genuinely fabulous property. We ended up spending a lot of time indoors due to the amber weather warning and enjoyed every moment. Bed really comfy. Kitchen facilities great. We all really enjoyed staying here and would absolutely come back!

Cons: Downstairs shower was electric and the drain was blocked further down so that it flooded. Upstairs shower's temperature knob was broken and the shower was stuck on near-boiling. Kitchen appliances took a bit of getting used to - in particular the hob was induction but seemed to reject some of the pans and would prevent or refuse to continue cooking. Overall, minor things more than made up for by the quality of the rest of the accommodation.

Pros: The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village and a fantastic base. The house itself was also stunning, the rooms were all beautiful, perfect for our group and the layout downstairs also perfect. Hosts also very responsive / helpful.

Cons: Nothing bad at all.

Perfect villa, perfect location, perfect weekend

Pros: the property was fabulous. The decor was beautiful and well thought out. The enclosed garden was great for kids visiting for the day and one small dog. Everything needed for the weekend stay was there and made the surprise 70th birthday celebration for my sister perfect. loved the kitchen which opened up into the garden...ideal for the fantastic weather we had and having people sit outside. The location was perfect and Killin is a beautiful Scottish town with plenty to do. Sam and Grant were great hosts and easy to contact. Thank you both for the use of your villa.
