Pros: Friendly staff, close to the airport but far from a chain hotel. Really comfortable and easy to check in/out.

Scenic Village Location

Pros: Evening meal was very good, excellent starter & husband's steak was said to be one of the best he had ever had. Our room was very comfortable & we appreciated the big fluffy towels in the ensuite. As it was our anniversary we received a card on our dining table from the hotel which was a lovely touch.

Cons: Unfortunately when we came down for breakfast next morning a coach load of American tourists had arrived 2 hours early & the 2 young staff were very preoccupied with serving them. We were offered tea and coffee but nothing else. Tea arrived but not the coffee & from then on we were ignored. After waiting in vain for a member of staff to appear with a menu or even an offer of toast we eventually gave up & left the restaurant as it was extremely noisy due to the large party. It was just unfortunate that we arrived when we did!

Cons: Radiator in bedroom did not seem to work, bathroom one did. Extractor fan in bathroom did not work

Increíble, cozy with an amazing view.

Pros: The town was really pretty and my room had an amazing view. The bed was very comfortable and the room even came equipped with coffee, tea, and various other complements which was a very big plus.

Cons: Nothing much only that it needed some renovations and a little better cleaning because we had a spider web in the corner of the room.

Great Stay Experience

Pros: Loved the late booking Sunday night price, great value....I enquired to booking a date in February for a Saturday night....295 quid yikes!!! That's serious dosh. The property is historical with many fine features, warmly welcomed, into a toasty as hotel on a wintry night. Great service, staff are superb, a couple even had personalities ;)......Breakfast was good, however the Sunday roast Sirloin recommendation was over rated / mediocre, bit tough & lacking the expected vegetables...i.e A Brussel Sprout thief in the building? Aside from the humour, overall its great,

Cons: Lack of vegies in my main dish :(

Pros: The staff were amazing, especially the NZ person. Perfect location for a short stay before flying to or from the airport.

Cons: I really really enjoyed the place. The rooms had exceptional amenities and products to use. The price was OK... It was a treat for me to stay here, but was on the pricey side. Perhaps as it was only one night. I do think it was worth it however.

Excellent place to end our visit to Scotland. Close to the airport and easy drive away from Edinburgh.

Pros: Close to the airport for and early morning flight.

Cons: Egress for our early morning start (5am) was down the fire escape because no staff on. Duty andmain doors were not open at that time.

Pros: Good restaurant with pub atmosphere, Inn is close to airport which is very convenient for morning flights, friendly and welcoming hosts. We would stay again :)
