Wonderful location, excellent accommodation, friendly welcome.

Pros: Superb cottage. Comfortable, clean, quiet and really well appointed - very personal and unique. The location was excellent - a real feel for rural Scotland. Friendly welcome and friendly staff. It was everything we were looking for.

Cons: Nothing to note.

Pros: Beautiful property, spacious layout, well equipped with a high level of attention to detail throughout.

Pros: It was so peaceful and quiet. Very clean. I especially loved the roll top bath in the upstairs bathroom. We ended up staying for an extra night because it was so peaceful and enjoyed it so much. Vikki was so helpful and friendly. She was perfect with keeping in touch and making our stay perfect. I would definitely recommend it to others and would definitely return. We had a look around the other accommodation in the estate and wow they looked fantastic. Definitely a great and relaxing trip away from the hustle of city living in Edinburgh. Thank you so much and good luck with the future.

Cons: It’s so hard to pick anything really but not having blinds in the master bedroom meant disrupted sleep when it got light around 4amish

Absolutely fantastic!

Pros: Absolutely stunning location, fabulous lodgings kitted out to a very high standard. Rooms were big, everything was super clean, lots of space, lots of cupboards, lots of kitchen utensils. Private outdoor sitting area with big comfy chairs and large table, bedrooms were big, super comfortable beds, powerful showers. Nothing not to love.

Cons: Could do with larger glasses and big mugs and some champagne flutes.

Excellent property in a beautiful location

Pros: The property is lovely, set in a beautiful location and very peaceful. The welcome basket was unexpected and very useful, much appreciated.

Cons: Our only issue is that the upstairs bedroom has no blinds; we got an eye mask for the lady staying in that room and she slept fine after that.

Pros: Great property, clean, excellent location. Only issue was the intermittent blackouts that would occur in the property only. We have been told that this is being looked into.
