We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the River Lodge . Would happily recommend.

Pros: Lovely location and easy proximity to Oban and the Islands . Beautiful setting, very relaxing. My husband is a convert to hot tubs! Very comfortable. Scammadale Lake, Seil Island and Mull are beautiful. A visit from Gordon to check all was OK was a really nice touch.

Cons: No Local tourist info supplied. Firelighters or kindling would have been great. No washing machine. A little cooking cooking oil and a little milk would have been appreciated. Really disliked the amount of emails sent by Skye Holidays, the agent. Totally unnecessary and annoying.

Fabulous stay, beautiful part of the country and so much to do, wish we were there for longer

Pros: Fresh and clean , owner really lovely and so helpful, hot tub was great and watching the birds 🦅 great location

Cons: It just needs an information book The midges are pesky critters but plenty of mosquitoe spray and citronella candles is all you need 😄

Peaceful and cozy

Pros: The lodge is absolutely stunning, in an amazing location - almost like staying in a treehouse! Super cosy, very clean and the hot tub is an amazing addition.

Cons: Nothing - there was nothing we were missing or could complain about!
