We really enjoyed our stay at Lagnakeil lodge - very good value for money!

Pros: We loved the location and the view! Very nice place for family getaway. Out of busy town centre of Oban but yet close enough! The shower in bathroom was great. Nice layout of rooms and open plan lounge and dining /kitchen area. Host was very responsive. Cabin was clean and cosy.

Cons: It would have helped if there was a splace to plug in hair dryer or charge phones in all the bedrooms. And there are no mirrors in bedrooms - made it a bit difficult for everyone to get ready for my daughter's graduation with 1 mirror and plug in dining area. 😅 The water pressure of hot water in Kitchen was also very poor so a bit of a struggle to use hot water there.

Was a great stay with the exception of bathroom water situation, Rachel and Greg were fine to contact and took everythin

Pros: Lovely quiet location, very tranquil, couple of miles outside Oban along a fairly long road but easy to find, accommodation was good, bed very comfortable, kitchen was fine and well equipped.

Cons: Had one major issue with the bath and sink water, which we told them about and unfortunately couldn’t take a bath but for some reason shower was ok,

Beautiful scenery, lovely comfortable facilities and a wonderful stay.

Pros: Clean and well tended and presented environment. The outside of the cabin is well kept and tidy. The interior of the cabin was clean, tidy, well presented, comfortable and well kept. The facilities were well thought out, clean and comfortable.

Cons: A miscommunication between booking.com and the hosts made the start of the stay difficult and distressing however this problem was quickly rectified.

Pros: Greg the owner was a great help to us when our car broke down. A very stressful situation was made much easy knowing we had some help to hand. Also the lodges are in a very quiet and beautiful area.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Lovely lodge, great location, very peaceful, easy to find, very enjoyable stay. Minor issue with tap and confusion with booking.com lodge allocation rectified promptly. Hosts very approachable and helpful.

Cons: Would be useful to have an oven glove but made do with tea towel.

Great Lodges with friendly yet non obtrusive owners.

Pros: Beautiful location, fairly secluded though within easy reach of local sights with a car. Owners left us there contact details in the lodge if we needed any assistance, however everything was perfect for us so we had no need to.
